Date day! YAY!

Please be prepared for a torrent of pictures...

Okay, So it's Saturday again and every Saturday me and my wonderful fiancee go on a day long date. It's a ritual that's been around for quite a while now. So here, Is what we do.

Most of the time we start out getting breakfast at AHOP, or Tim Horton's, then after much deliberation, be choose the same basic place. The Beach. Popham fort to be exact.
Nothing like a good panoramic shot

It'z a very nice, ya? ya. So we go for a nice walk on the beach, then we find things like this...

I really have no idea what this big pipe thing is for... We figured, whale back scratcher, Japanese submarine, Pirate telescope, That's it really...

ANYWAYS! Then we went over to the big drift wood to see if the whole i made from jumping (OVER TEN FEET!)
was still there. It wasn't. but it is an excellent photo area, for things like this...
Notice the intense unwavering stare, the muscle rigidity, the incredible focus. Yes, I was riding that log like a little girl rides A whale...
Nailed it.

Our new place!
After we left our log we decided it was time to settle down. With the economy like it is we decided it would be best to get a fixer upper, so we did. Now I was perfectly content to work on our new place, Eliza on the other hand wasn't very happy with our decision. She wanted the one with the green shutters, but not only was it more expensive, I hate green shutters! So Here I am, slaving away, working on the back wall. digging out the basement. We're going eco-friendly, it's gonna be mostly underground, She wants a Jacuzzi though, so we have to go 3,000Ft. so it can be heated with Geothermal instead of pricey electric.
Isn't very happy, but it's a work in progress!
Now, It's important to note that as I'm working my butt off she isn't doing much other then hanging out on the beach. So, when I'm ready to take a break and have lunch, where is she? Not in the kitchen where she should be! Nooooo, She out playing! Well. I told her!
"Women! Get back in here and me make a sandwich!"
Eliza is a very sweet thing and jumped right to it, she had me a delicious sandwich in a second flat! I mean it was a little gritty and crunchy, but she did a great job for the limited amount of ingredients she had at the moment.

Sadly we had to leave the beach, sold our dream home for twice what we paid after all the renovations we did. We headed back to our secondary date location, Barns and nobles, where we oh so romantically got SAT prep books! So yours truly can actually make a decent living! After that we were walking and decided to take a walk at St. Augustine's graveyard. We were quickly reminded just how french Maine is. French, and Catholic.

BEHOLD! we actually have jesus! he's been dipped and gold !
Yea, they had this big statue of... Jesus, Mary, and all them nuns!

In case you didn't know, we have a lot of french.
Eliza was thinking of converting... I had to stop the madness at that point. Well, After a long wonderful day, the sun was setting, it was time for dinner at Paneras, We are drank, and were Marry together! We both had a lot of fun and can't wait till next week! when we'll probably do the same thing...
